Glansin Glass is a fused glass business based in Britain’s most northerly island of Unst. The client wanted to expand their business and required a new building which would provide enhanced work and display space while also providing facilities for visitors to attend workshops.

The site offers stunning views overlooking Uyeasound and the client wanted these to be maximised within the design and layout. The quality of light was also very important to this project, reflecting the nature of client’s artwork.
